A Letter from Sophie

Dear family and friends,

I had a great time hanging out with everyone over Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. In those 3 months, I almost spent an entire month with you! Well, now I need to spend some time at home. It's hard for my parents to travel with me so often.

Luckily, I only live about an hour and a half from most of you. So my question is, what are you doing for Martin Luther King Jr Day? I'll be hanging out here. In fact, I'll be here all weekend. If you want to come visit for a day, that would be awesome. Or if you want to make it an overnight affair, we could play games on Sunday and then hang out on Monday.

Anyway, I'm getting really big and doing new fun stuff every day. I hope you come see me soon!

~Sophie

Dear Sophie-
It must be warm at your house. I wore jeans and long sleeves today. I'd like to come visit, but I have to convince my mom and dad. Oh wait, my daddy has to go to work. Maybe some other time.

Dear Sophie,
I would love to come and visit you but I will be out of town. I really had fun at your house last week. I will babysit any time, even if I have to drive for two hours to get there. I know it is easier for you to be at your house.

By the way, I love all of your pictures. You are getting a lot of hair and are as cute or cuter than ever!!! I love you.

No can do this weekend. It is my lesson on Sunday (at 4:00 pm.) and my office is not taking Monday off. Sophie and I will just have to talk on the phone.

Since it seems no one else is up for your invitation, perhaps we will come for a visit. I do not have the day off,but I could bring my work along.
