Strawberries Forever


My favorite fruit store is currently selling strawberries 3 lbs for $1.00. I'm not sure how good of a deal that is in places that actually can grow a strawberry, but for AZ, it's unheard of. So we bought and froze 30 lbs yesterday.

Rock on. I have frozen one lb, eaten a lot, and made 2 batches of freezer jam. And I'll probably go back for more.
