Today I made these shorts
*cough* out of pants *cough* for Sophie. Aren't they super cute? She's experimenting with her 9-12 month wardrobe this week. Some things (like this onesie) fit perfectly, while others are still quite large. She's had these pants for some time now, but nothing ever matched them until today.

I love the shorts! Great JOb! I can't sew at all because I am not cool. She looks so cute!
good work. could you whip me up a pair?
you're a total genius. those shorts are darling.
Such talent-first the apron, now the shorts? What's next?
You are too awesome!
Did I tell you that Stan said Jonah reminded him of Sophie?
cute shorts, your hems look fantastic!
yes, genius indeed.
sophie is Super cute and the shorts look great, she's growing up so fast - Ashlyn has fit into almost all 9 month things and a few 12 month depending on the brand! I wish they would all use the same rule when making clothes sizes, it would make shopping so much easier!
I thoroghly enjoy your blog, as does Philip, which is amazing since he likes to make fun of me for blogging...imagine that, Philip making fun of something. Anyways, good job on the shorts, maybe you can break in my sewing machine that I've never used that in fact is still at my mom's house. By the way, I laughed at least 84 times in you list of 100 things. Way to be clever.
Great idea! They look adorable!
Thought I would stop by and say hello since we both signed up for Tori's Good Mail!
