Sophie, Jake, and I had a fun time together as a family at the Diamondbacks game this afternoon. Sophie LOVED laying out with us, she kicked her feet up and took in the atmosphere.AND, while we were there, we saw 4 Elders and 4 Gin Blossoms (they played a show in the outfield after the game, but I spotted them just walking casually among us commoners). All in all, it was a pretty exciting day.
As you can probably imagine, Sophie was wiped out by the end of the game, and fell asleep in her car seat as we were leaving the parking lot.

Any baby in a hat is cute, but Sophie somehow makes it about 100 times cuter.

A girl just needs to get out in the fresh air and sunshine sometimes. And to learn that the whole world revolves around sports. She looks so happy!!
how the heck did you recognize any gin blossom members out of a crowd?
They were dressed more "band-like" than anyone there. Everyone else was dressed for a baseball game, they were trying to look cool.
